Option No. 1
Expert witness scrutiny for testimony and notarized or verbal report regarding negligence, causation and potential sequelae. Completed report fee: $1500 (includes a legal-nurse chronological review). Please take note that the non-priority processing time for expert witnesses notarized reports can take 8 to 10 weeks. Rapid processing for Option No. 1 is listed in the sidebar at right.

Option No. 2
We provide the most thorough medical records review available. Simply send us all of the medical records with a cover letter providing a case summary, any relevant background information, a list of any specific questions you would like addressed and a check for $700. Upon receipt of your package, our board certified internal medicine physician will conduct a review of the records. Within four days, you will be contacted by one of our practitioners who will provide you with their conclusions as to the merits of your case. This service is ideal for counsel who are undecided about pursuing a particular case and wish to obtain an informed objective opinion as to whether to pursue the case further.

Option No. 1 Rapid Option: If you desire your case to be processed on a rapid basis (14 to 16 days) the fee is $250 in addition to expert fees; however, when processing on a rapid basis, we will do everything possible in this situation to provide you with your expert opinion within one week.
