Option No. 1: Proceed Directly to an Expert WitnessWe'll review the medical record for merit, causation and liability. We provide medical records review, medical case summaries, and medical expert testimony for the legal community.
The cost by a board-certified expert witness in the specialty you are requesting is $1500. We have a nationwide network of board-certified healthcare professionals who can serve as testifying experts. We assist you with medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, toxic torts, criminal, worker's compensation and environmental law.
Option No. 2: Case Screening for Merit
We provide the most thorough medical records review available. Simply send us all of the medical records along with a cover letter providing a case summary, any relevant background information, a list of any specific questions you would like addressed, and a check for $700. Upon receipt of your package, our board certified internal medicine physician will conduct a review of the records. Within four days, you will be contacted by one of our practitioners who will provide you verbally with their conclusions as to the merits of your case. This service is ideal for counsel who are undecided about pursuing a particular case and wish to obtain an informed and objective opinion as to whether to pursue the case further.
Please note: In the case of Option No. 2, a medical review by an internal medicine physician is necessary to determine whether or not to take a case.
